Background Checks

Background Checks completed by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office will only report arrests by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office. You will need a valid Driver's License. There is a $5.00 fee for each Background Check performed. That $5.00 must be paid in exact change or by check. Credit cards are accepted at the JCSO main Headquarters ONLY.

Any Background Check requiring a Statewide check will need to be done through the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
